I hadn’t had a pedicure in ages and wanted pretty toes for an upcoming vacation. Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted and didn’t have to wait. The pedicure itself was nice, but I’m giving three stars because the technician cut the sides of my toenail too deeply, leading to an infection that required antibiotics. The healthcare provider who treated me mentioned that cutting the sides of the nails is unnecessary and should never be done. Unfortunately, my vacation was uncomfortable due to the infected toe, and because of this experience, I doubt I'll be a return customer.
